- Application fee is $20 per person. The application process takes up to 24 to 48 hours for processing.
- Security Deposits are equal to one months rent.
- Cleaning fee is $200 which is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Pet deposits are $100 per animal.
- All money has to be paid in full; we do not work with deposits.
- All initial move-in costs must be in certified funds only.
